Event Data Schema

The data field in the event payload contains the following structure:

id	string (uuid)	Yes	ID of the news feed item that was updated. Use with [`GET /feeds/news/{feedId}/items/{id}`](/docs/news-feeds/api-reference#get-a-single-feed-item) to fetch the current item.
newsPageId	string (uuid)	Yes	ID of the underlying news article. Same value across every feed that contains this article.
changedFields	array	Yes	Which fields of the item changed in this update, compared with the previous update, at least one: `title`, `description` and `url`: the item's text and link; `publishedAt`: when it was published; `publisher`: who published it (name, domain or handle, platform); `author`: its byline; `original`: whose content it republishes; `about`: the places the item is about, or their order; `media`: the images served with it, their order, or an image's kind or credit (a new signed URL is not a change). A hint, not a complete record: debounce can collapse several updates into the newest one, so earlier changes may be missing. Re-fetch the item on every `news.item.updated`.
